Kitchen Deep Cleaning
Health & Safety Implications
The responsibility for risk assessment has been placed on the building owners with a very strict "Duty of Care" placed on the manager of the premises. It stipulates that grease extraction systems for commercial and industrial kitchens must be regularly assessed for fire hazard and action must be taken to eliminate or minimise potential risk.
In any food production area or catering facility it is essential that high quality kitchen cleaning is in place to meet environmental health standards. Good cleaning practices will also reduce the risk of contamination and poisoning, anything less may means that you are putting your business, your reputation and most importantly your customers at risk!

How The Service Works
All cooking equipment will be dismantled and chemically cleaned, degreased and sanitised, both internally and externally - ensuring that carbon and fat deposits that have built up inside the equipment are fully removed. All floors and surfaces will also be degreased and sanitised, paying particular attention to the food preparation areas, sinks and units.
COSHH regulation data sheets are produced to ensure that food safety is not compromised.
We also use a high quality specification sheet for both customer and contractors to give you a full rundown of the services we have provided.
